The Fit India School week was celebrated from 18th Nov- 29th  Nov 2019. The students were encouraged to participate in different physical fitness programmes. They were also exposed to different types of activities which develops stamina and fitness. In the morning, the students were made aware of the importance of yoga and were encouraged to perform breathing exercises. The staff members also participated in this activity. On the second day, the students perform simple hand exercises. A poster making competetion on the theme "Fit Body Fit Mind Fit Environment" was organised . The students were also encouraged to participate in outdoor activities like aerobics, gardening etc.
